Deshi Mula: Unmasking the Corporate Facade

Polished on the outside, messy on the inside.
LinkedIn saints in public, real-life dates in private. 😏

Since the launch of Deshi Mula, a local platform exposing the true picture of Bangladesh’s corporate culture, there’s been a wave of buzz, debates, and discussions everywhere.

Thanks to Deshi Mula, both well-known and lesser-known private companies are being exposed — some of which were once considered dream workplaces by many.

Although the authenticity of every claim remains questionable, one thing is certain — Bangladesh needed a platform like this to raise awareness about workplace culture.

Several attempts were made to shut it down through system manipulation, but Deshi Mula has come back stronger — with new policies and more impact.

For years, I used to look at platforms like Glassdoor or Trustpilot and wish we had something similar in our country.

In my opinion, platforms like Deshi Mula don’t just spread awareness — they influence better corporate culture.

Because of Deshi Mula, many professionals are now avoiding toxic workplaces before it’s too late.
